Payment is due within 14 days of purchase (please remember mail to and from Canada is slower). If sending money orders from the U.S. please note only the PINK INTERNATIONAL ones are acceptable in Canada.
DETAILS: A small packaging fee is determined by item based on customized packaging costs. Item(s) will be shipped after the payment is received and clears.
DISPATCH: Purchased goods are normally dispatched within 24 hours of receiving cleared funds, or on the next business day.
Shipping
POSTAGE: All items are shipped worldwide using Canada Post unless indicated otherwise. All postage and packaging expenses are to be paid by the buyer.
Prices will be quoted based on buyer location. Multiple purchases will be shipped together unless otherwise states or on the buyers request.
Package tracking, confirmation, registration, priority class, insurance, or any delivery extra above economy is at the buyer's discretion. Please remember to Ask for a Quotation if you require any special shipping needs, including Insurance.
INSURANCE: For your protection Shipping Insurance is now MANDATORY. We ship exclusively through Canada Post. They only provide insurance for loss, NOT DAMAGE to fragile items, we have checked all other international shippers and none of them will cover insurance for valuables or fragile ceramics or glass. The In-House Insurance Policy covers the gap in Canada Post and is a flat fee of $1.35 USD for all items under $100 USD and 2% of the price for all items over $100 USD.
PACKING: A small packaging fee is charged based on the actual cost of packing material your item requires. It includes the container, bubble wrap, chips, tape or any materials used in the secure packaging of your item.
We are very careful packers and always ensure the item(s) are adequately protected for their journey before leaving the premises.
Refunds and Exchanges
All returns must be authorized by me and shipped back within 7 days of receiving the item. Returns will only be considered in the unlikely event that the item is not as described. All returns must be approved beforehand and shall include original item(s) undamaged, in re-saleable conditions, with all original packaging including packing materials. Item must be returned by registered & insured priority mail, signature required and packed well to prevent further damage.
Shipping and handling fees are refundable only if I err in description. Otherwise the buyer is responsible for postage, packaging and insurance costs.
If an item is lost by the shipping carrier I will not be held responsible for a refund or replacement of the item.
